- The defendants operating the e-commerce stores and social media pages and/or using the brand names listed in Schedule A to the Complaint are hereby advised:
- Plaintiff has charged the listed defendants in a Complaint with infringement of Plaintiff's intellectual property. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from Plaintiff’s attorney, Waddey Acheson LLC, 1030 16th Avenue South, Suite 300, Nashville, TN 37212, phone number (615) 639-1100, and on the website at www.waddeyacheson.com/notice.
- Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division, 719 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37203, within twenty-one (21) days of service of the Complaint. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a judgment against the defendants.

You have been identified as a potentially infringing party in Grand Isle Games, LLC v. The Entities, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Associations Listed on Schedule A, No. 3:25-cv-00390 (M.D. Tenn.). For that reason, your assets located in the United States have been frozen by an Order of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee (Dk. 52). You are hereby put on notice that if you do not settle with the Plaintiff, or enter an appearance in this case and file a response to the Complaint, within 21 days of the date on which you were served with the Complaint, Plaintiff will move the Court for entry of an Order of Default and for entry of a Default Judgment against you, which could result in forfeiture of some or all of your frozen assets to the Plaintiff.
